Why you still don't feel right

The average patient does not exist

The portion size was set for a population. The guideline was written for a cohort. The daily value on the label is an average of people who are not you. Somewhere inside all that averaging, there is supposed to be a person — and that person is supposed to be you.

The loop nobody designed, and everybody is in

It rarely starts with illness. It starts with something small enough to work around.

  1. 1

You are tired in a way that sleep doesn't fix

So you reach for something sweet at eleven and something strong at three. Both work. Neither lasts.

  2. 2

Your digestion becomes something you manage

Bloating, heaviness, the afternoon crash. You learn which foods to avoid by trial and error, and the list keeps growing.

  3. 3

You decide this is just what being your age feels like

Everyone around you says the same thing, which makes it sound true.

  4. 4

You start treating symptoms one at a time

Something for sleep. Something for the stomach. Each one helps with the thing it was for, and none of them answers why any of it started.

Managing a symptom and understanding it are different jobs. Most of us only ever get offered the first one.

"Your results are normal"

And they usually are. A healthy body is very good at holding its numbers inside the normal range — that is what it is built to do. It will work harder and harder to keep those numbers looking ordinary, and the effort itself does not show up on the page.

BioRaMBaM does not measure what is circulating at a given moment. It measures how hard your body is working to look normal.

One dose, one guideline, one recommendation — for how many different people?

Your body, not a population

A supplement that helps most people may do nothing for you, because taking a material in and actually using it are two different things. The test reads your own response, material by material.

Presented blind

You are not told which item is being tested while it is being tested. What you expect, hope for, or have already paid for cannot colour the reading.

Uptake, not just intake

The result shows whether your body takes a material up and puts it to work, or pushes back against it — the difference between a shelf full of supplements and the two that are actually doing something.

Six systems, read together

Nothing in the body works alone. The test reads your systems against one another rather than one at a time, because that is how they actually behave.

What this is not

BioRaMBaM is a tool for prevention and self-knowledge, not a medical diagnosis. It does not identify disease and does not replace examination, testing, or treatment by a physician. If something is wrong, see a doctor — and keep seeing them.

Nobody here is going to tell you that medicine is a conspiracy, or that you should stop taking something a doctor prescribed. The claim is narrower and duller than that: you are one person, the advice was written for millions, and the gap between those two is worth measuring.

Start with your own map

A BioRaMBaM session is given by a trained therapist and takes about an hour. No needles, no blood, no sample, no lab. You leave with a reading of how your own body responded — not a copy of what worked for somebody else.
